What is a retainer fee?

The retainer fee is $100, and ensures that you have secured your booking. If for whatever reason you cancel or reschedule your session, the retainer fee is non-refundable and cannot be renegotiated.

What is your pricing for photography services?

Our pricing varies depending on the type of photography service you require. From school portraits to photo cards, it can range from $50 - $5,000.

Do you offer any discounts or packages?

Yes, we offer various packages and discounts depending on the type and duration of the photography service you require. Please contact us for more information.

Do I pay extra for printing or shipping?

Depending on how many photos you have ordered, it can range from $5 - $30 extra.

If there is a mistake or issue, may I get a refund?

If there is a probable cause, such as studio mistake or wrong file, we are more than happy to provide a full refund. The only part that is non-refundable is the $100 retainer fee.
